Why didn’t I receive my Email Delivery invitation?

Didn’t get your Email Delivery invitation? Learn how to whitelist MediaZilla emails so they arrive in your inbox instead of spam.

Updated yesterday

If you did not receive the Email Delivery invitation (including in the spam or junk folder), it’s often due to email filtering. To ensure invitations and other MediaZilla messages are delivered correctly, we recommend whitelisting the @mediazilla.com domain.

Below are the steps for Gmail and Outlook. Other email providers have similar processes—check your provider’s documentation if you don’t use one of these.

Whitelist MediaZilla Emails in Gmail

  1. Open Gmail Settings

    • Click the gear icon in Gmail.

    • Select See all settings from the Quick Settings menu.

  2. Create a New Filter

    • Navigate to Filters and Blocked Addresses.

    • Click Create a new filter.

  3. Enter the Domain

    • In the From field, enter:

      • @mediazilla.com to whitelist all MediaZilla emails.

      • Or, a specific address such as support@mediazilla.com.

  4. Set the Filter Rule

    • Click Create filter.

    • Check the box for Never send it to Spam.

  5. Finalize the Filter

    • Click Create filter again to save.

This ensures that all future Email Delivery invitations and important updates from MediaZilla will reach your inbox.

Whitelist MediaZilla Emails in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook Settings

    • In Outlook, click the gear icon (⚙) in the upper-right.

    • Select View all Outlook settings.

  2. Go to Junk Email Settings

    • In the left menu, select Mail > Junk email.

  3. Add a Safe Sender

    • Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

    • Enter mediazilla.com.

  4. Save

    • Click Save at the bottom.

Emails from MediaZilla will now go straight to your inbox and bypass junk filtering.
