The 'My Library' view of your dashboard (accessible in the top-left dropdown) displays all the projects that have been delivered to you.

Content Is Missing

If you are expecting to see a specific project but it isn't there, it typically means one of the following:

  1. The content creator has not yet delivered the project to you.

  2. The content creator delivered the project to a different email address than the one associated with your account.

To view the email address associated with your account, click on the icon for your user in the top-right corner of your dashboard. Your email address will be displayed beneath your name.

You can also change the email address associated with your account in your Personal Settings.

If you have a separate MediaZilla account under a different email address, please sign into the other account to access any content that was delivered to it.

If you believe the project should have already been delivered to the email associated with your account, please contact the content creator to confirm they delivered it to the correct email address without typos.

MediaZilla allows for secure and private delivery of content. If the content was delivered to a different email address than the one associated with your account, you will not see it appear in your 'My Library'.

Access Denied

If you were provided a link to access content on MediaZilla, but receive an Access Denied message, it means the account you are signed into does not have access to the link.

Please make sure you are signed into the same account to which the content was delivered. The email address of your account is provided in the Access Denied message on the screen. You may contact the content creator and request they deliver the content to the email address associated with your account.
