Offline Presentations let you export a MediaZilla presentation for viewing without an internet connection. The exported files can be placed on a USB drive or shared via cloud storage, and run on Windows or Mac computers. The experience looks and functions nearly the same as the online version, but runs entirely offline.

Creating an Offline Presentation
In your dashboard, click the three dots on the project tile.
Select Export for Offline.
On the export screen, click Build Now to start the process.
You’ll see the build status and an estimated completion time. You may close the window while it processes.
When ready, you’ll receive an email notification, and a download button will appear on the Export for Offline screen.
👉 Only the content creator can download the offline files. Clients or Email Delivery recipients cannot.
Distributing to Viewers
Once you’ve downloaded the export, you can:
Copy the extracted files onto a USB drive and hand it to your client.
Share the files via a cloud folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Duplicate the files as many times as needed for distribution.
Always keep the videos folder in the same location as the presentation app — otherwise, the videos won’t play inside the menu.
Limitations
Computer use only – Offline Presentations are designed for Windows and Mac. They won’t run directly on Smart TVs or mobile devices. For those, use the MediaZilla apps (iOS, Android, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV).
Single video quality – Offline exports include one playable resolution (up to full HD). 4K playback is not supported offline.
