Viewers cannot directly download or build an Offline Presentation themselves. This feature is only available to the content creator, who may choose to export a presentation for offline use and then provide the exported files to their clients (for example, on a USB drive).
There are currently two ways a viewer may receive downloadable content:
Download original uploaded videos – If the content creator has enabled downloads, viewers can download the original file or lower-resolution versions (HD, SD) from the Share Link or their Email Delivery.

Offline Presentation provided by the creator – A creator can export a full presentation for offline use and then give the files to viewers (e.g., on a USB drive).
