As the content creator, you control whether downloads are allowed. Permissions are managed separately for Share Links and Email Delivery recipients, giving you flexibility over who can download your content.
What You See as the Creator
As the content creator, you will always see the download icon when viewing content from your dashboard, regardless of settings.
What your viewers see depends on the specific download permissions you’ve enabled.
Downloading via Share Link
In the Share Link settings, toggle Allow downloads.
When enabled, anyone viewing through the Share Link will see a download button.
Recipients of Email Delivery will also see the Share Link button in their account if the Share Link is Public or Password Protected. If they click through, they can download from the Share Link page.
If the Share Link is password protected, Email Delivery recipients won’t be asked for the password when signed into their account.
Downloading via Email Delivery
In the Email Delivery settings, you can grant specific permissions to each recipient.
Only recipients granted this permission will see a download button when viewing the video or presentation from their account.
⚠️ Note: If downloads are enabled on the Share Link but not in the Email Delivery permissions, recipients will not see a download button inside their account. They’ll only be able to download when accessing the Share Link directly.

Once ready, the original file will be available for download for 5 days.
HD and SD versions remain available for immediate download at all times.
Notes on Devices
Downloads work on both desktop and mobile devices.
iPhone/iPad users must be on iOS 13 or later to download files directly in Safari.
