If your Offline Export build shows an error status, you can usually resolve it with the steps below.
Rebuild the Offline Export
Open the Presentation Editor for the project.
Make a small modification (for example, add a character in a title or button, then remove it).
Click Publish to update the presentation.
Go back to Export for Offline and start a new build.
This clears the previous build attempt and often resolves the issue.
Other Things to Check
Storage space: Confirm your computer or external drive has enough free space to download and extract the files.
File extraction: If you see errors when extracting the .zip archive, make sure you’re using the correct tool (Windows: Extract All; macOS Mojave or older: The Unarchiver, Catalina or newer: Archive Utility).
Incomplete downloads: If the .zip file seems unusually small, re-download it from your dashboard to ensure the file wasn’t cut off.
