A Play All button lets viewers watch multiple videos on a menu page in one seamless sequence, as if they were a single long video.
Adding a Play All Button
At the top of the Presentation Editor, click Add Play All to add the button to the current menu.
To add a Play All button, the following conditions must be met:
The menu must contain at least two video buttons.
Only one Play All button can exist per menu.
You must have a Growth plan or higher.
All videos on the menu must have been uploaded after September 2020. Older videos must be re-uploaded for compatibility.
How It Works
The Play All button plays only the videos on the current menu page. Each menu can have its own Play All button.
Videos always start from the beginning of the file, not from button start times.
If you want looping, add multiple buttons that reference the same video. The Play All button will play through all of them in sequence.
By default, the thumbnail for the Play All button is taken from the first video in the sequence. You can change this in the button settings.
If all video buttons on the menu are deleted, the Play All button will also be removed.
The Play All button is created at the top of the button list, but you can reorder it like any other button.
It can be renamed just like other buttons.
Downloads always show the individual videos, not the stitched Play All version.
Analytics are tracked per individual video, even when watched in the Play All sequence.
To support 4K Play All, all videos on the menu must be 4K. If any video is just HD, the entire sequence plays in HD.
Why MediaZilla’s Play All Is Unique
Unlike other platforms where “Play All” simply chains videos with loading gaps and next/previous buttons, MediaZilla stitches videos together seamlessly.
This means:
No buffering or reloads between segments.
A single scrub bar with the combined duration of all videos.
Instant generation—no re-encoding and no upload quota is used.
Viewers won’t even realize they’re watching multiple video files.
This workflow also lets you optimize production by exporting long projects in smaller segments, without sacrificing the playback experience.
Working with Legacy Videos
Videos uploaded before October 2020 are not compatible. To use them in a Play All button, you’ll need to re-upload them.
Tip: Use the Replace Video option in the video’s settings to re-encode older files. This keeps all presentation references intact. Always re-upload the original source file, not a previously encoded HD/SD version.
Alternative Workflow
As an alternative, you can export all segments as a single long video, then create chapter/scene buttons within the presentation. Each button can link to a different start time within the long video.
