You can change the order of buttons on any presentation menu to control how they appear to viewers.
Reorder Buttons on a Menu
Hover over a button in the presentation editor.
Click and drag it to the new location on the menu canvas.
Release to drop it in place.
The new order is saved automatically.

⚡ Note: If your menu has a Play All button, the playback order will follow the order of the video buttons on the menu.
Move Buttons Between Menus
In the Navigation panel on the left, drag a button onto another menu, or to a new place in the list.
Using the Keyboard
Focus a button in the Navigation panel.
Press Space to pick it up.
Use the arrow keys to choose a place.
Press Space again to drop it. Press Escape to cancel.
Limits
A Play All button stays in its own menu.
A submenu can't go inside another submenu.
Moving a video off a menu removes that menu's Play All button if fewer than two videos are left on it.
