Adding and Managing Submenus

Organize your presentation with submenus to group scenes, divide content, or create add-on collections.

Updated yesterday

Submenus let you organize your presentation into multiple pages, making it easier for viewers to navigate larger projects.

Adding a Submenu

  • Submenus can only be added to the main menu.

  • In the presentation editor, click the Menu button at the top.

  • A new submenu button will appear on your main menu.

Editing a Submenu

  • To rename the submenu, click the button text directly and enter the new title.

  • To customize the submenu’s design (layout, background, buttons, etc.), you’ll need to navigate into the submenu.

Navigating to a Submenu

You can open and edit a submenu in two ways:

  1. From the canvas: Hover over the submenu button on your main menu and click the arrow icon that appears above it.

  2. From the navigation tree: Select the submenu under the Navigation section in the left-side panel.

Best Practices for Submenus

  • Scene Selection: Use a submenu to display all your video’s scenes or chapters for easy navigation.

  • Organize Content: Divide content into logical sections, such as different days of an event or bonus materials.

  • Add-on Collections: Make a submenu a paid add-on (Growth plans and above) to unlock all videos or links inside it as a single purchasable bundle.

⚠️ Note: Submenus cannot currently be nested inside other submenus.
