Enterprise Membership
Updated over 11 months ago

The Enterprise Membership is a custom plan for any size organization, and we can adapt to your needs.

This plan starts at 2.4 TB of annual upload quota; the more GB usage, the lower the GB cost.

There are 2 options for this membership:

Prepaid

With the prepaid option, you'll pay the upload quota upfront and have access to the quota until your renewal.

You can change from the on-demand pricing to prepaid within the first 6 months of your membership cycle and only pay the difference. Otherwise, you will need to start a new cycle.

Approximately one month prior to your Enterprise renewal, a MediaZilla team member will reach out to you to verify your projections for the next 12 months. If the plan is not renewed by your renewal date, you will automatically be downgraded to the Business plan.

If you run out of upload quota before your renewal, you can get more with the special rate anytime.

If you have unused prepaid quota at the end of your membership cycle, it will be rolled over to your next membership cycle.

On-Demand

You can upgrade to the Enterprise On-Demand anytime and do not need to pay upfront.

You'll stay as a business tier (Monthly or Annual), and you can keep paying per additional GB at the Business tier price. The additional quota will be billed each $100.

We'll calculate how much you have paid in additional quota and then calculate how much you should pay according to the current On-Demand prices, and we'll add that quota to your new cycle.

Please contact us to activate this option in the support channel.

Which one should I choose?

Both options have their advantages.

With the Prepaid option, you'll get the best price per GB of upload quota, paid for upfront.

On the other hand, with the On-Demand option, you can pay per GB as needed and stay on a monthly or annual membership billing.

As this is a custom plan, please contact us in the support chat on your right to help you with your custom quote. We'll also help calculate the upload quota you'll need.
