What is the difference between annual-paid-monthly and annual billing options?

Annual billing saves more upfront; annual-paid-monthly spreads payments. Both give full annual quota with no monthly limits.

MediaZilla offers two ways to pay for a membership:

Annual (Prepaid)

  • Pay once upfront for the entire year.

  • Includes a discount (two months free compared to monthly installments).

  • Access to your full annual upload quota immediately.

  • Quota refreshes at each annual renewal.

Annual-Paid-Monthly (Monthly Billing)

  • Same annual commitment, but payments are spread across 12 monthly installments.

  • Access to your full annual upload quota immediately (no monthly upload caps).

  • Billed monthly at the monthly rate.

  • Cancellation rules:

    • No fee if your usage matches or is below your average monthly allowance.

    • If you’ve used significantly more than the monthly average and cancel early, a cancellation fee may apply (e.g., if you use 50% of your quota in just 2 months, you’ll be charged for additional months to cover the difference).
