You can download the original file you uploaded to MediaZilla, as well as HD and SD versions generated by our system.
How to Download a Video
In your dashboard, locate the video you want to download.
Click the three dots (⋮) in the lower-right corner of the video tile.
Select Download from the menu.
Choose which version you’d like to download (Original, HD, or SD).
Downloading Videos Older Than 28 Days
Original files older than 28 days are archived.
If you try to download an archived file, a retrieval process will begin automatically.
Retrieval can take 12 hours or more. You’ll receive an email when the file is ready.
Once recovered, the original file will be available for 5 days before returning to being archived.
Note: HD and SD versions are always available immediately, regardless of file age.
Downloading Large Files (20 GB or Larger)
If the file size is 20 GB or larger, you must use Chrome or Firefox.
Safari does not currently support the technology used to deliver files of this size.
You can view the file size next to each version (Original, HD, SD) in the interface.
