By default, people who buy through a Paywall can stream the content in their MediaZilla account. You can also let them download it.
Let every buyer download
Open the video or presentation and click Monetize.
In the Buy section, turn on Let purchasers download this content. Future buyers can download the original and transcoded files.
Click Save Changes.
If people have already bought it, MediaZilla asks Apply to existing purchasers?. The button shows how many people have bought so far, for example Apply to 12 purchasers. Click it to let them download too, or click Skip to apply the setting to new buyers only.
The setting is available once the content has been published. Renters can't download.
Let specific buyers download
Open the video or presentation and click Access in the left panel.
Select the buyers you want to allow.
Open Actions and choose Edit Permissions.
Check Can Download and click Apply Changes.
The selected buyers can now download the available versions (Original, HD, SD) from their MediaZilla account.
Important notes
Downloads work on desktop and mobile. Very large files (30 GB or more) need Chrome or Firefox.
If the original file has been archived (after 28 days), it may take several hours to retrieve before it can be downloaded.
