Every presentation and video has an Access page listing everyone who has it in their library. Open the item and click Access, or choose Access from the ⋮ menu on its tile.
Where access came from
The Source column shows how each person got access:
Email delivery: you sent it to them.
Added from share link: they added it to their library from a Share Link.
Paywall purchase or Paywall rental: they bought or rented it.
Add-on purchase: they bought a paid add-on.
Delivery status
Accepted: they added it to their library.
Sent: the email went out and hasn't been accepted yet.
Queued: the email is waiting to send.
Invite expired: it wasn't accepted within 30 days. Resend it to start a new 30 days.
Error: the email couldn't be delivered. Hover over the status to see why.
Blocked: the address can't receive email from us.
Access status
Enabled, Revoked or Expired. Rentals show Rental not started, Rental active, Rental expired or Rental expired, never started. See How does renting work?
Find people
Search by name or email, filter by source, status, permissions, watched or downloaded, and sort by any column. After you select everyone on the page, click Select all matching recipients to include every person who matches your filters, not only the ones on screen.
Actions
Select one or more people, then open Actions:
Edit Permissions changes whether they can download or distribute. The dialog shows how many people will change.
Resend Email Delivery sends the email again. People who haven't accepted get a fresh invitation and a new 30 days. People who already accepted get a link to the content in their library.
Resend Order Email resends a buyer's order confirmation.
Change email fixes a buyer's mistyped address. Select one paid buyer who hasn't accepted yet. See How do I fix a buyer's email address that was typed wrong at checkout?
Revoke Access removes the content from their library. Restore Access gives it back.
Delete Recipients clears a delivery from your records, for example a failed send you no longer need. It stops counting as a delivery issue. You can't undo this from the page.
Export the list
Click Export CSV to download everyone, not only the current page. The file includes Name, Email, Source, Delivery Status, Status Date, Access, Watched, Downloaded, Can View, Can Download, Can Distribute and Redistributed.
