Folders let you split a big project the way you split the job. A folder can hold videos, presentations and other folders.
Create a folder
Open the project.
Click Create Folder and give it a name.
You can create folders inside folders, up to 5 levels deep. Two folders in the same place can't share a name.
Put content in a folder
Drag a tile onto the folder.
Or click the ⋮ menu on the tile, choose Move to... and pick the folder.
To move several items at once, select them first. Shift-click selects everything between two tiles.
Upload straight into a folder
Drag video files from your computer and drop them on the folder. They upload into that folder.
Find things in folders
Search covers folders too. Results are grouped into Folders, Presentations and Videos.
Deleting a folder
Deleting a folder deletes everything inside it. Admins and Managers can restore the folder and its contents from Recently Deleted for 7 days. See Deleting and Recovering Media.
