When you delete a project, folder, presentation or video, it moves to Recently Deleted for 7 days. You can put it back any time in that window.
Undo a delete right away
Straight after you delete something, a message appears with an Undo button for 30 seconds. Click it and everything goes back where it was.
Restore from Recently Deleted
On the Projects page, click Recently Deleted, next to Create Project.
The Recoverable tab lists everything you can still restore, with where it was, who deleted it and how much time is left. You can filter by Type or Deleted by.
Click Restore.
Restored items go back where they were, along with anything that was deleted with them. A presentation that was published comes back published.
The History tab shows past deletions for the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
After 7 days, deleted items are removed permanently and can't be restored.
Who can restore
Admins and Managers. Contributors can't open Recently Deleted, but they can use Undo on something they just deleted. If you're a Contributor, ask an Admin or Manager to recover anything older.
What can't be deleted
A presentation or video that has been delivered to someone's library, by Email Delivery or a purchase. This keeps their access safe and lets you keep updating it.
A presentation with purchased add-ons.
A video used in a presentation or menu. Remove it from the presentation first.
A video that's still transcoding.
Deleting a presentation doesn't delete the videos in it.
Before you confirm
The delete dialog tells you what will change. For example, if a video is the preview for a Paywall or add-on, it lists each one that will lose its preview. Restoring the video doesn't bring the preview back, so set it again after you restore.
