Yes, you must keep the video or presentation in your account.
Deleting the content will permanently remove it from MediaZilla, and anyone with the Share Link will no longer be able to view it.
If delivered via Email Delivery
No, you do not need to keep it in your account for others to retain access.
Once a video or presentation has been delivered through Email Delivery, recipients permanently retain access in their own free MediaZilla account.
To protect this access, projects that have been delivered cannot be deleted from your account. This prevents accidental removal of content that viewers already own.
