The MediaZilla Desktop Upload App (Windows & macOS) lets you automatically upload videos to your account using watch folders. This makes it easy to upload directly from your editing workflow without manually dragging files into the dashboard.

Download the App
Choose the installer for your system:
Install and open the app, then sign in with your MediaZilla username and password.
Connect a Watch Folder
Click Connect a Watch Folder.
Choose a folder on your computer.
If the folder already contains videos, you’ll be asked whether to upload those immediately or only upload new files going forward.
Once connected, the folder will appear in the Watch Folders section of the app.
Uploading Videos
Export or copy videos into the watch folder, and they’ll upload automatically.
You can monitor upload progress in the Recent Uploads tab.
You can also pause or cancel uploads if needed.
Where Do My Videos Go?
Uploaded videos are placed in a project called Uploaded from Desktop App inside your MediaZilla account.
If this project doesn’t exist, it will be created automatically.
You can later rename the project or move the videos into another project of your choice.
Why Use the Desktop App?
Automated uploads: Connect your editing software’s export folder for hands-free uploading.
Time-saver: Uploads continue in the background while you work.
Flexible setup: Choose whether to import existing videos in a folder or only new ones.
