Projects help you stay organized in MediaZilla. Every time you upload a video or create a presentation, it is placed into a project.
What Are Projects?
A project works like a folder in your dashboard.
You can group related videos and presentations together for easier management.
Projects are only visible to you (and other users in your company account). They are never visible to your clients or viewers.
Only trial and paid members can organize their own content into projects. Free viewer accounts cannot create or manage projects.
Navigating Between Projects
When you first sign in, your dashboard shows all projects by default.
To view the contents of a specific project, simply click on it. The main dashboard area will switch to show only that project’s videos and presentations.
To return to your full project list, click Go back to Projects from the left-side menu.
Your 10 most recently updated projects are always shown in the left-side menu for quick access.
Viewing Projects vs. Viewing Content
The dashboard offers two ways to browse:
Grid View (default): Displays all your projects as tiles. Best for organizing at the project level.
Content View: Shows all the videos and presentations from multiple projects at once, grouped by project. Best for reorganizing, bulk actions, or deleting multiple items across projects.
You can switch between views at any time using the grid/list toggle in the upper-right corner of your dashboard.
