Yes — you can switch between annual-paid-monthly and annual-prepaid billing. Both cover a full year of service but differ in how you pay:
Annual-paid-monthly (monthly billing): 12 monthly installments, full annual upload quota available immediately.
Annual-prepaid (annual billing): Pay once upfront at a discounted rate.
Switching from Monthly to Annual
You can switch directly in your Billing Settings.
If you’ve only made a few monthly payments, the switch applies immediately and past payments are credited.
If not, the switch takes effect at your next renewal.
Switching from Annual to Monthly
For new sign-ups: changes within 15 days apply immediately with a refund of the difference.
For renewals: changes within 10 days apply immediately with a refund.
After that, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
Must be handled through support chat (lower-left of your dashboard).
