Currently, downgrades and cancellations are handled through our support team.
Downgrading Your Plan
Open the support chat (lower-left corner of your dashboard).
Indicate which plan you’d like to downgrade to.
A team member will process the change promptly.
👉 Note: Only Admins can request a downgrade.
Canceling Your Membership
Open the support chat (lower-left corner of your dashboard).
Let us know that you’d like to cancel your membership.
You’ll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing cycle unless a refund is issued. If a refund is issued, cancellation takes effect immediately.
Once canceled, your account will follow the same process as a lapsed membership.
Timing & Refunds
By default, downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next renewal date.
If you request an immediate downgrade or cancellation, it will be subject to our refund policy:
Annual Prepaid: Refunds available within 15 days of your initial signup, or within 10 days of a renewal.
Annual-Paid-Monthly: Refunds available within 5 days of your initial signup, or within 5 days of a renewal.
Refunds only apply if no upload quota has been used during the current membership cycle.
Refunds are not available for additional quota purchases, account upgrades, commissions, or accounts terminated for policy violations.
