How do I downgrade or cancel my account?

Cancel or downgrade your MediaZilla plan via support chat. Access continues until renewal unless refunded; see refund windows.

Currently, downgrades and cancellations are handled through our support team.


Downgrading Your Plan

  • Open the support chat (lower-left corner of your dashboard).

  • Indicate which plan you’d like to downgrade to.

  • A team member will process the change promptly.

👉 Note: Only Admins can request a downgrade.


Canceling Your Membership

  • Open the support chat (lower-left corner of your dashboard).

  • Let us know that you’d like to cancel your membership.

  • You’ll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing cycle unless a refund is issued. If a refund is issued, cancellation takes effect immediately.

  • Once canceled, your account will follow the same process as a lapsed membership.


Timing & Refunds

  • By default, downgrades and cancellations take effect at your next renewal date.

  • If you request an immediate downgrade or cancellation, it will be subject to our refund policy:

    • Annual Prepaid: Refunds available within 15 days of your initial signup, or within 10 days of a renewal.

    • Annual-Paid-Monthly: Refunds available within 5 days of your initial signup, or within 5 days of a renewal.

  • Refunds only apply if no upload quota has been used during the current membership cycle.

  • Refunds are not available for additional quota purchases, account upgrades, commissions, or accounts terminated for policy violations.
