The video is taking long analyzing

Updated over a week ago

Once the video has been successfully uploaded or replaced to the platform, it will start encoding, you will notice that it will be in the “analyzing” status.

If the video takes too long “analyzing” you can click on the video menu to delete it and try to upload it again. The upload quota used will be returned to you.
