Your Company Profile controls the default branding that appears across your projects. Branding helps you maintain a consistent, professional look for clients while making it easy for them to contact or recommend you.
Branding can be applied to:
Videos and Presentations — Branding can be enabled or disabled per project. When enabled, you can also choose which elements to display:
Company logo
Website
Phone number
Email address
Social media links
Delivery emails — Email invitations can be branded with your logo and colors. The design is customizable, and you can save branded templates.
How to Update Your Company Profile
From the dashboard, click your company name in the upper-left corner.
Select Company Settings.
In the left panel, click Profile.
Update the fields you’d like to customize:
Company logo (used in delivery emails and projects)
Company name
Company email
Company phone number
Company website
Company color (used for branding overlay buttons in projects)
Social media links:
Facebook
Instagram
Twitter/X
TikTok
Snapchat
YouTube
LinkedIn

Branding in Delivery Emails
Delivery emails can be designed and saved as templates in the email editor.
Colors in emails are customizable within the email editor, not from your Company Profile color.
By default, your Company Profile logo is used in delivery emails, but you can replace it with a different logo if desired.

Branding in Projects
When branding is enabled for a standalone video or Presentation:
Viewers can click your logo in the lower-left corner to open the branding overlay.
The overlay shows the contact methods you’ve chosen to display (logo, website, phone, email, social media).
The Company Profile color is applied to the overlay buttons (e.g., website, social media links).
