Company Branding sets how your logo, player and emails look to viewers. Every video and presentation follows it unless you give that content its own settings.
Only admins can open it: click your company name in the upper-left corner, select Company Settings, then Branding. It has three tabs: Brand, Player and Emails.
Brand
Logo and brand color
Upload your logo here. It appears on the branding button, in emails whose header is set to your company logo, and on the invitation page your viewers open.
Brand color colors your initials when you haven't uploaded a logo, and the buttons in your branding window.
Branding button
The branding button sits on the player. Viewers click it to see how to reach you. Turn it On or Off for all your content, then choose what the window shows: your company name is always shown, and you can add your logo, email, phone, website and social links. The contact details come from your Company Profile; use Edit in Company Profile to change them.
Before you save, the bar at the bottom tells you how many content items follow the company setting and will change.
The branding button is available on Growth plans and above. On other plans you'll see an Upgrade button.
Player
Player color colors the player controls. Pick a color, or click Use brand color. Menu buttons and titles in presentations keep the colors set in the menu editor. Player color is available on every plan.
Presentations can use either their Menu highlight colors or your Player color. Your choice here sets what new presentations start with. To change the presentations you already have, click Switch them to and confirm.
Player color used to be the Highlight Color on each video's Metadata screen. That field has moved here.
Emails
The Emails tab holds your email templates and the Default template that content uses unless you choose another. See How do I customize my Email Delivery design and branding?
Company Profile
Your company details and social links stay in Company Settings > Profile: company name, email, phone number and website, plus links to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and LinkedIn. Company name, email and phone number are required.
Branding for one video or presentation
To give a single video or presentation its own branding button, player color or email design, see Branding Your Videos and Presentations.
