Publishing a presentation makes it viewable by others. It does not post it to a public database or make it publicly accessible β only people you deliver or share it with will be able to see it.
Publishing a Presentation
A presentation must be published before it can be shared, delivered, or monetized.
If you make changes to a published presentation, those changes are saved as a draft until you publish again. Drafts are only visible to you until republished.
Changes to the title or description also require the presentation to be republished before others will see the updates.
After clicking Publish in the Presentation Editor, you will be automatically navigated to the Email Delivery settings β making it easy to take the next step of delivering the project to your client.
Previewing a Presentation
The Preview button (next to Publish in the Presentation Editor) allows you to see your draft exactly as viewers will, before publishing.
β
On the preview screen, use the toggle at the top-right to view your presentation across devices: desktop, tablet (portrait), mobile (portrait), and mobile (landscape).
βThis helps ensure your design looks great no matter how your clients are viewing it.
