Publishing a presentation makes it viewable by others. It does not post it to a public database or make it publicly accessible — only people you deliver or share it with will be able to see it.
Publishing a Presentation
A presentation must be published before it can be shared, delivered, or monetized.
If you make changes to a published presentation, those changes are saved as a draft until you publish again. Drafts are only visible to you until republished.
Renaming a presentation takes effect right away. Changes to the description wait for Publish, like the rest of your edits.
After clicking Publish in the Presentation Editor, you will be automatically navigated to the Email Delivery settings — making it easy to take the next step of delivering the project to your client.
Previewing a Presentation
The Preview button (next to Publish in the Presentation Editor) allows you to see your draft exactly as viewers will, before publishing.
On the preview screen, use the toggle at the top-right to view your presentation across devices: desktop, tablet (portrait), mobile (portrait), and mobile (landscape).
This helps ensure your design looks great no matter how your clients are viewing it.
Previewing Paid Add-ons
In Preview, paid add-ons show as locked, the way buyers first see them.
You can try buying one to see what your buyers see. It unlocks in your preview only, and nothing is charged.
If your add-ons can't sell yet, for example Stripe isn't connected or an add-on is switched off, Preview tells you why. You can keep previewing in the meantime.
