Publishing and Previewing Presentations

Learn how to publish and preview your MediaZilla presentations before sharing, delivering, or monetizing them.

Updated this week

Publishing a presentation makes it viewable by others. It does not post it to a public database or make it publicly accessible β€” only people you deliver or share it with will be able to see it.

Publishing a Presentation

  • A presentation must be published before it can be shared, delivered, or monetized.

  • If you make changes to a published presentation, those changes are saved as a draft until you publish again. Drafts are only visible to you until republished.

  • Changes to the title or description also require the presentation to be republished before others will see the updates.

  • After clicking Publish in the Presentation Editor, you will be automatically navigated to the Email Delivery settings β€” making it easy to take the next step of delivering the project to your client.

Previewing a Presentation

The Preview button (next to Publish in the Presentation Editor) allows you to see your draft exactly as viewers will, before publishing.

  • On the preview screen, use the toggle at the top-right to view your presentation across devices: desktop, tablet (portrait), mobile (portrait), and mobile (landscape).

  • This helps ensure your design looks great no matter how your clients are viewing it.
