If you reach your plan’s annual upload quota, you’ll be prompted to choose how you’d like to continue uploading.
Option 1: Approve Additional Quota
You can approve additional quota in the Upgrade Plan section of your Company Settings, or by clicking Upgrade Plan in the company drop-down (upper-left of your dashboard).
Once approved (only required once per annual cycle), you’ll be billed per GB for any uploads beyond your plan’s included quota.
You’ll also see a notification when an upload would exceed your quota, with a link to approve additional quota directly.

Option 2: Upgrade Your Plan
You may choose to upgrade to a higher plan with more included annual quota and additional features.
Only Admins can upgrade a plan. Contributors and Managers will not see this option.
Option 3: Early Renewal (Annual Plans Only)
Instead of approving additional quota or upgrading, you can request an early renewal.
A new annual fee will be processed, and your quota will reset immediately.
Your renewal date will be updated to match the new cycle.
