What happens to my content if I cancel or my membership lapses?

Delivered content stays in client accounts permanently. Undelivered content is deleted 6 months after cancellation or non-payment.

One of the advantages of MediaZilla is that your clients retain access to content even if you no longer have an active membership.

Delivered Content

  • When you deliver a project via Email Delivery, your clients take possession of it in their own free account.

  • Once in their account, the content remains there permanently โ€” even if your membership ends, lapses due to non-payment, or you disable auto-billing.

Undelivered Content

  • Any content in your account that has not been delivered will be permanently deleted 6 months after cancellation.

  • This applies whether your account was:

    • Cancelled directly,

    • Allowed to lapse due to unpaid bills or uncorrected declined payments, or

    • Set to expire after disabling auto-billing.

Content in Client Accounts

  • Content already transferred into a clientโ€™s free account will always remain available to them.

Limitations After Cancellation

While your account is cancelled:

  • You cannot upload new videos or update existing ones.

  • You cannot make changes to presentations.

  • You cannot send new deliveries.

  • Monetization features (Paywalls, Add-ons) will be disabled, and any active Paywalls or Add-ons will stop working.
