How to Request an Invoice
Open the support chat (lower-left corner of your dashboard).
Provide the billing period or transaction you need an invoice for.
If you require your tax ID (e.g., GST, VAT) to appear on the invoice, please include that number in your request.
A MediaZilla team member will generate and send the invoice to you.
