There are two main ways to embed MediaZilla content on WordPress: by using the MediaZilla plugin (self-hosted WordPress.org sites) or by adding the embed code directly.
Option 1: Use the MediaZilla WordPress Plugin
Our plugin allows you to embed MediaZilla videos or presentations by simply pasting the Share Link URL into the editor — no need to copy the full embed code.
Works with self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
Download the plugin here: MediaZilla WordPress Plugin
Once installed, paste a MediaZilla link into your post or page, and it will automatically display the embedded player.
Option 2: Add the Embed Code Manually
If you’re using WordPress.com or prefer not to install the plugin, you can embed MediaZilla content using the embed code:
In your MediaZilla dashboard, click the three dots on the content tile.
Select Embed to open the Share Link & Embed settings.
Copy the Responsive embed code (recommended).
In WordPress, add a Custom HTML block to your page or post.
Paste the embed code and update your page.
This method works on both WordPress.org and WordPress.com sites.
Choosing the Right Method
Use the plugin if you want the simplest option (self-hosted WordPress.org sites only).
Use the embed code if you’re on WordPress.com or need full control of embed settings (responsive sizing, fixed size, custom resolution).
