Only Admins can update a company’s payment method. Contributors and Managers will not see this option.
Where to Update
From the company dropdown (upper-left of your dashboard), go to Company Settings.
Select Billing → Payment Methods.
Choose whether to update your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
Updating Credit or Debit Card
Add a new card or update your existing one directly in the Payment Methods tab.
The new card will be used for all future billing.
Updating PayPal
You can manage your PayPal payment method in two ways:
Within MediaZilla:
Add or switch to a different PayPal account from the Payment Methods tab in Company Settings.
Within PayPal:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Go to Wallet → Payment Methods to update your funding source.
If needed, go to Settings → Payments → Manage Pre-Approved Payments.
Select MediaZilla and update your funding source.
