You can download your current and previous billing invoices directly from your MediaZilla account. There's no need to ask support for a copy.

Find the invoice you need and click the download option.

1. Log in to your MediaZilla account.
2. Go to Company Settings.
3. Select Billing.
4. Open the Invoices tab.
5. Find the invoice you need and click the download option.

If you need your tax ID (for example VAT or GST) on an invoice, contact us through Live Support.

If you cannot find a specific invoice, or need other billing details added, contact Live Support in your dashboard or email <a href="mailto:support@mediazilla.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@mediazilla.com</a>.
