Analytics in MediaZilla come in three levels. Every plan shows how many plays, viewers and downloads your content gets. Advanced Analytics adds how people watch. Premium Analytics adds who watched, what they watched and when.
What each level includes

Engagement and play rate
Activity over time and audience retention charts
Where plays come from, which devices people use and approximate viewing locations
The Videos tabs, and Needs Attention on the Analytics page
CSV exports of your content and video lists
Premium Analytics (Business, Enterprise and the free trial): everything in Advanced Analytics, plus:
The Viewers tabs, listing everyone who watched, and recipients who haven't watched yet
Each viewer's activity: what they opened, how much they watched, their device and approximate location, and a history of their sessions

Sections your plan doesn't include show blurred sample data. Click the lock, or See options, to see how to get them.
Add Premium Analytics to your plan
If your plan doesn't include Premium Analytics, an Admin can add it without changing plans:
Click your company name at the top of the left menu and select Company Settings.
Open Add Ons.
On the Premium Analytics card, click Add to plan.
You can also add it from any locked section. The price shows on the button before you confirm.
It's billed with your membership, monthly or yearly to match how you pay for your plan:
On a paid plan, it renews with your membership. If you remove it, you keep it until the end of your current term, and the card shows that date.
On the Free plan, it's billed monthly with a 12-month minimum.
If you later upgrade to a plan that includes Premium Analytics, the add-on is removed and the unused amount is credited to your account.
Try it free for 7 days
Admins and Managers can try Premium Analytics before paying for it. Click Start 7-day free trial on any locked Premium section. Admins can also start it from the Premium Analytics card in Add Ons.
Each team gets one free trial.
A banner on the Analytics pages shows how many days are left, and Admins get an email two days before it ends.
When the trial ends, nothing is charged and nothing is added to your plan. Your analytics go back to what your plan includes. An export you started during the trial still finishes.
To keep Premium Analytics after the trial, add it to your plan or upgrade to Business.
Remove Premium Analytics
On the Premium Analytics card in Add Ons, click Remove. You keep it until the date shown, then it's removed. Changed your mind before then? Click Keep Premium Analytics.
