How to Manage Devices on Your MediaZilla Account

Learn how to view and remove devices from your MediaZilla account to regain access if you reach the device limit.

You can view and manage devices signed into your account at any time.

To manage your devices

  1. Go to Personal Settings → Devices

  2. View devices currently signed in

  3. Click Remove next to any device

If you’re locked out

If you can’t log in because you reached the device limit:

  1. Login on Mediazilla

    1. you will see Device limit reached modal

  2. Click Manage Access

    1. Check your email

  3. Use the link to remove a device

  4. Sign in again

Note: If you have any issues, please contact Support and ask them to send you the Manage Devices email.

Important notes

  • The link expires after 15 minutes

  • The link can only be used once

  • Device management is tied to the email on the account
