Why Was My MediaZilla Sign-in Blocked?

Account sign-in blocked due to device limit reached

Your login was blocked because your account has reached the 3-device limit.


What to do

To continue:

  1. Click Manage Devices to dispatch a device management email

  2. Open the email

  3. Click the Manage Devices button in the email

  4. Click Remove next to a device

  5. Sign in again


If you don’t see the email

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address


If you no longer have access to that email

You’ll need access to the email on the account to manage devices.

If you can’t access it, contact support.
