Why is my video stuck analyzing?

Videos show “Analyzing” before transcoding. If stuck, wait, refresh, or re-upload. Quota is refunded only if transcoding hasn’t started.

After a video upload or replacement, MediaZilla runs a brief Analyzing step before transcoding begins. This process usually takes only a few seconds, but some files may take longer depending on size and format.


What to Do If It Seems Stuck

  1. Wait a few minutes — the analyzing step may still be running normally.

  2. Refresh your browser to confirm the status is updating correctly.

  3. If the status still does not change, open the video’s menu, delete the video, and re-upload it.

    • The upload quota used will be returned to your account only if transcoding has not yet begun.
