The email or link I received is not working

Troubleshoot MediaZilla links or emails that don’t work. Learn why access may fail and how to view your videos successfully.

If the link or email you received isn’t working, here are the most common reasons and what you can do:

  1. Already accepted content
    If you previously accepted the content into your account, you don’t need the email or link anymore. Just sign in at mediazilla.com/signin or use our apps to access your library.

  2. Forwarded email invitations don’t work
    Invitation emails can only be used once—by the person they were originally sent to. If someone forwards you their invitation email (has a big View Now button), you won’t be able to use it. Ask the video creator to send you your own invite or a share link if they want you to have access.

  3. Common reasons a link may not work

    • The link has expired or was already used.

    • The content has been deleted.

    • The content is set to Private.

    • The creator’s account is inactive.

    • The URL is incomplete or case-sensitive characters were changed.

  4. Password required
    Some content is password-protected. If you don’t have the password, you’ll need to ask the creator who shared the content with you.
