Redirect the users to an external URL from a presentation

Updated over a week ago

Link buttons allow you to link to any external content from a button on the presentation menu.

You can use the link buttons to redirect the users to a Dropbox/Google Drive folder, Calendly link, document, form, survey, photo gallery, etc. The options are endless for whatever your needs are.

Once inside the presentation editor, we will find the link button at the top.

To add a link button, click on the button, and you will be asked for the link to which it will go and the text that the button will display.

It is necessary to enter the full address from "HTTP" or "HTTPS."

A link icon will be shown by default as the thumbnail, but you can modify the thumbnail by entering the button configuration.

Viewer experience

When the presentation is opened from a browser, the link button will open the URL in a separate tab.

The iOS and Android apps will open the link in the default browser.

On TVs, a QR code will appear, allowing the viewer to quickly visit the link on their mobile device.
