You may occasionally need to remove a video or presentation from your account. This article explains what happens when content is deleted and how recovery works.
Deleting Presentations
If a presentation has been delivered via Email Delivery and exists in someone else’s library, it cannot be deleted. This ensures you can continue to make updates if needed.
If a presentation exists only in your account (and hasn’t been delivered), it will be permanently deleted when you remove it.
The videos inside the presentation remain in your account even if the presentation itself is deleted.
Deleting Videos
If a video exists only in your account and has never been delivered, it will be permanently deleted when removed.
If a video has been delivered to another user’s library, it cannot be deleted. This ensures the recipient retains lifetime access and allows you to make future updates if needed.
If a video is used inside a presentation, you will be prompted to remove it from the presentation first before it can be deleted.
Recovering Deleted Media
Accidentally deleted something? Videos and presentations can be recovered for up to 10 days after deletion.
After 10 days, content is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be restored.
