Selecting multiple items makes it easy to reorganize or clean up your projects by applying bulk actions.
Ways to Select Multiple Items
Checkbox method
Hover over a video or presentation tile in your dashboard.
Click the checkbox in the upper-right corner to select it.
Continue selecting as many items as needed.
Keyboard shortcuts
Ctrl (Windows) / Command (Mac) + Click: Select multiple individual items one by one.
Shift + Click: Select a range of items between the first and last one you click.
Bulk Actions
Once multiple items are selected, the following options appear at the top of your dashboard:
Move to… — Move selected items to another project, or create a new project as the destination.
Delete — Permanently remove the selected items from your account.
