Recommended Encoding Settings
For faster processing, efficient quota usage, and the best playback experience:
Codec: H.264 or H.265 (within MP4 or MOV)
Resolution: Use even values for width and height (odd values may cause issues)
Frame Rate: Export in the same frame rate the video was filmed to avoid stuttering
Bitrates:
480p (SD) — 3,500 kbps
720p (HD) — 7,500 kbps
1080p (Full HD) — 15,000 kbps
4K (Ultra HD) — 35,000 kbps
Audio: AAC-LC at 320 kbps, sample rate 48 kHz or less
